This files have been compiled by WikiLeaks on 01 Sep 2011. They contain 
the entire WikiLeaks archive, incl. cablegate, gitmo, collateralmurder. 
However, the Afghan War Diary (afg.7z) and the Iraq War Logs (irq.7z) 
are not contained, as well as later releases (spyfiles, gifiles etc.)

file.tar contains entire file/ directory.
torrent.tar contains entire torrent/ directory.

file.torrent contains file.tar file as torrent - RECOMMENDED, PLEASE USE THAT FOR ENTIRE FILE COLLECTION!
files-all.torrent is the same, contains entire file collection, but they are not packed. Choose either suits you best.
